WHAT IS A POLYCRIL ONE PIECE WALL COVERING?
Polycril canvas wallpaper covering, known in the industry as Rafa canvas, is an innovative one piece wall covering solution. With a canvas texture coupled with 100% blockout feature, the polyester paper enables an entire wall, exhibition stand or event space to be covered in a single piece graphic, completely hiding whatever may be beneath with high-impact visuals.
Polycril wall-covering canvas is printed on a roll up to 3.2m wide and up to any length, meaning you can cover most walls in a single drop, without joins compared to most standard wallpapers.
Another benefit of installing the Polycril canvas is that it is B1 fire rated as well as made from PVC FREE materials, this means that is it also 100% recyclable and environmentally friendly.

HOW DOES THE POLYCRIL LOOK?
The canvas material is textured with a soft feeling, matt canvas finish. As a result providing a non-reflective service which gives a high-quality feel. HOW DO WE PRINT OUR ONE PIECE POLYCRIL:
We print our polycril in-house on 6no. 3.2m wide EFI Vutek UV and DGEN dye-sublimation printing machines in house.

IMAGE RESOLUTION:
High-resolution images are recommended for non-pixelated prints. We recommend providing image files at 100ppi, saved at 100% print size for optimal results.
Additionally, for text and shape-based elements, we recommend providing vector files for crisp and clean lines.
UPLOADING YOUR ARTWORK FILES:
At the checkout, you can easily upload your artwork files along with your order. Once received, our team will promptly review your files and be in touch with a final print proof for your approval, if requested in the order. We understand the importance of accuracy and will ensure that your artwork is printed exactly as intended.
COLOUR REFERENCE MODE AND ARTWORK SIZE:
To ensure the best print quality, please set up your document in CMYK colour mode. This colour mode is specifically designed for print reproduction and will accurately represent the colours in your artwork. Using RGB colour mode can result in different colour outcomes when printed.
ARTWORK IS TOO LARGE TO BE UPLOADED OR EMAILED:
Having trouble uploading or emailing large artwork? No worries! We recommend using the online service WeTransfer. Upload your artwork and simply enter hi@eco-flags.co.uk as the recipient email address. So we can easily match your artwork to your order, please remember to include your business name and order number in the message section.

HOW MUCH IS DELIVERY ON MY ORDER?
Most orders are charged at £14.99 each shipment, this is for a folded banners either Poly Textile Banner Poly Airmesh banner, PVC banner or PVC Mesh banner in a box secure and safely wrapped. For larger longer items we may charge more in accordance with the couriers cost.
CAN I USE MY PayPal ADDRESS AS THE DELIVERY ADDRESS?
We always ship to the address entered and confirmed in the checkout area and then authorised by the merchant.
WHAT IS THE TURNAROUND ON MOST PRODUCTS?
Delivery time from confirmation of order and approval of artwork is normally within 3-4 days. Sometime if artwork needs to be approved or amended this can slow things down. We can also ship must faster for you, if need something extra fast like next day, contact us and we will do what we can for you.
ARE ITEMS SHIPPED FROM A UK MANUFACTURER?
We are the sole manufacturer of all our printed products like banners and textile items, this is why charge the best price in the UK, we never ship from a third party.
CAN YOU SHIP WHITE LABEL DIRECT TO MY CUSTOMERS?
Do you need a secure and confidential direct delivery supplier? We ship direct form our faculty in Nottingham and can send your items direct to your clients under a white label, we use DPD who offer a black shipping label.
WILL I GET A TRACKING EMAIL OR SMS FROM THE COURIER?
Our customers will get a emailed and SMS tracking with window for delivery where possible from the courier which is normally DPD, these are preferred supplier of courier services unless the printed items are too wide, we will the carefully offer as alternative suitable for the delivery.
DO YOU OFFER A SAME DAY DELIVERY ON PVC BANNER OR TEXTILE BANNERS?

refund and payments
RETURN & REFUND POLICY:
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).
You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer’s policies.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
