This is the first water fill base with wheels to the market allowing you move the base on a daily bases without having to lift a heavy concrete base. The water fill base is 25kg when filled with water or sand and is very durable. The base has a handle for easy movement and is a wide 60cm x 60cm for extra support with larger flags.
